Fees vary depending on the service being provided and will be determined at the time of intake.

Most insurance companies are accepted at Colegrove Counseling Center, LLC. We are also a Preferred Provider through the Nebraska Court System, which allows us to accept vouchers for services. 

For substance use evaluations, a deposit is required that will be deducted from your balance on the day of your appointment. If you have a voucher from the Nebraska Justice System.

We encourage each person to call their insurance provider and inquire about coverage for therapy and counseling services. It is the individual’s responsibility to pay all co-pays and deductibles that insurance does not cover.

We accept payment in the form of cash, check, and most credit or debit cards.
